4 Shelves and/or 4 full size gastronorm containers. Needs full 13 AMP supply taking 3kW of power.
When pllugged in Mains Light (top right) will light up. Press mains switch (top left) to '1' and it will light up. 'Hold' switch should be in 'Off' position. Set thermostat control knob to desired cooking temperature. Oven light will go off when temperature reached.
